Meal Planning Tip:
Butter Roasted Garlic & Herb Chicken recipe - place chicken in a lightly greased roasting pan or baking tray and pour olive oil, melted butter, and the juice of half a lemon over chicken. Season liberally with salt, pepper, & garlic powder. Top with parsley. Roast for 1 hour & 20 minutes in an oven heated to 425 degrees F, or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Serve with a side of your favorite veggies and enjoy!
